Manage and coordinate the executive's calendar, appointments, and commitments.
Develop and implement efficient organizational systems to streamline daily operations.
Handle communication and correspondence on behalf of the executive as needed.
Support administrative tasks, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.
Attend in-person training (initially 2 days in Denver) and quarterly meetings (1 day/quarter).
Qualifications:
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Proven ability to create and maintain effective systems and workflows.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Must pass background check.
Comfortable working remotely most of the time with occasional in-person meetings in Denver.

Position Details:
Hours: 10–15 hours per week to start.
Pay: $29.50/hour, with opportunities to increase hours and pay based on performance.
Location: Remote, with in-person meetings in Denver for training and quarterly updates.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Software Engineer to lead the development and optimization of our records portal. This is a short term project-specific role with an initial commitment of 10–15, followed by 3–5 hours per month for maintenance, updates, and scalability as demand grows.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and optimize a records request portal and sales portal.
Ensure all systems are fully compliant with HIPAA and FINRA regulations.
Implement and manage Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) protocols to streamline cash flow processes.
Optimize the platform for SEO to enhance visibility and web traffic.
Cross-reference platform performance and functionality with Google tools to maximize efficiency.
Provide ongoing maintenance and updates to the platform as demand, sales, and traffic increase.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in biomedical engineering, with a focus on portal and platform development.
Strong understanding of HIPAA and FINRA compliance requirements.
Familiarity with EDI protocols and cash flow management systems.
Proficiency in SEO optimization and Google tools integration.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on project-specific goals.
