She is also the CEO and Founder of Avance Learning Solutions, Medical Academy, and CBD Sea Salt. She has nearly 15 years of professional, academic, and corporate experience in teaching, developing, and interactive learning and system support.
Her clients include Toyota executive leadership, Murphy Auto Group, and Women of Color Golf. She focuses instructional design methods to enhance time-management. She informs business of how and where to improve operational efficiencies, operating margin, and employee retention.
