Meet Hilary

A statement from our founder:

Hilary Sparrow
DPG Founder, President, CEO, Licensed Psychotherapist

Welcome to Denver Psychotherapy Group.

We are experts in trauma resolution, brain injury, and somatic therapy.
We tame anxious brains and we love your wild. We know anxiety and stress precede freedom.

We dissolve and defuse trauma networks in the brain. Then we rebuild.

We grow sources of peace, hope, and optimism.

We treat anxiety, stress and trauma.

We grow sources of peace, hope, and optimism.

Once trauma networks dissolve, neurogenesis rebuilds the path to something new.

What we value

We teach the brain new ways of thinking. The brain overcomes old problems with new solutions.

We teach principles of neuroprotective heath and strengthen the brain’s cortex, white matter, and stress tolerance.

We awaken, activate, and inspire.

Why?

How?

Be Brave.

We value psychological health, neuroprotective strategies, and brain optimization.

We create resilience and strength in the body, brain, and nervous system.

We show our clients how to walk bravely.

They choose life over death,

see light in darkness,

and feel deeply to feel better.

We are an industry leader and serve brave creative thinkers.

We are a catalyst and use our program to awaken, activate and inspire growth in others.

We give you permission, please

use our fuel to burn your fire,

and walk in the path best for you.

Whatever problem seems unsolvable,
and whatever answer is unthinkable,
please remember kindly,

your next miracle is you.
— Hilary Sparrow, DPG
